1. The service
AgentSkill.club is an independent discovery directory for open-source AI agent skills, workflows, repositories, and related resources. Features may include search, categorization, account tools, repository submission, installation information, downloads, and optional paid services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- violate applicable law or another person's rights;
- upload malware, phishing material, deceptive content, or harmful code;
- probe or disrupt the service without prior written authorization;
- evade access controls, usage limits, moderation, or payment requirements;
- harvest personal information or operate abusive automated traffic;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, ownership, or authority; or
- use the service to distribute content you do not have permission to share.
4. Third-party repositories and content
Most listed skills and associated documentation originate from third-party repositories. Ownership remains with the respective authors and rights holders. Their licenses and terms—not these Terms of Service—govern your right to copy, modify, install, or distribute those materials.
We do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, secure, compatible, or suitable for a particular purpose. Review the original repository, license, dependencies, requested permissions, and source code before installation. Links to third-party services do not imply endorsement or an official relationship.
5. User submissions
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that material as necessary to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to make the submission and that it is accurate and lawful.
We may review, reject, modify the presentation of, unpublish, or remove a submission when we reasonably believe it is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, duplicative, abandoned, or inconsistent with these terms.
6. Paid services
If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, the price, billing interval, and included features will be shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and remain available through the end of the paid billing period.
7. AgentSkill.club content and trademarks
The website design, organization, original editorial content, and AgentSkill.club branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of our service or branding to you. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Copyright and removal requests
Rights holders may request correction or removal by following the instructions on our Contact page. Provide the relevant URL, identification of the protected work, your authority to act, and enough information for us to assess the request.
9. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable usage limits. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every external repository and download will remain accessible.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through our Contact page.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and third-party listings are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or security. You are responsible for evaluating and safely running any code you obtain through the service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentSkill.club and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service or third-party materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or our practices. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
